This policy covers personal data received through the website and related email, telephone and service enquiries. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when contacting us, including your name, company, email address or telephone number, shipment locations, cargo details and correspondence. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. If you share another person’s details, ensure you have authority to do so.
Our website and hosting services may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times and requested pages for operation, security and troubleshooting. The enquiry form also uses a short-lived security identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Consent and information about others
When we ask for personal data, we explain why it is needed. Where consent is required, we seek it before using the information for that purpose. We may also handle information where the law permits or requires it. Providing an enquiry does not give us unlimited permission to use your details for unrelated purposes.
If you provide a colleague’s, customer’s or receiving contact’s details, make sure you are authorised to share them for the shipment or enquiry. Do not include identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the general enquiry form.

Information may be shared with authorised staff, hosting and communications providers, and transport, warehouse or customs partners where needed for your request. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law. We limit sharing to what is relevant to the purpose. Providers handling data on our behalf are required to use it for the agreed work and protect it appropriately.
Service arrangements between Singapore and Indonesia, and the providers supporting them, may involve handling information outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we will take the steps required by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act to provide a comparable standard of protection. Storage and retention
Access to website enquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators. Website enquiry details are encrypted in storage. Website enquiry records are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Related email correspondence, shipment records and backups follow their own retention needs, so removal from the website does not remove every related record.
Correspondence, shipment records and backup copies may be kept separately where needed for the relevant business purpose or legal obligations. We cease retaining personal data, or remove its association with individuals, when it is no longer needed for those purposes. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a privacy or security problem, please contact us promptly. We will assess data breaches and make any notifications required by applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses functional browser storage to carry calculator measurements into the quotation form when you choose that option. Those measurements are not submitted as an enquiry until you submit the form. WordPress may use essential cookies for sign-in and administration. This website does not currently run advertising trackers or an active analytics service.
You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some functions. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
Contact contact@fourseasonexpressfreight.com to request access to your personal data, information about its use or disclosure in the preceding 12 months, or correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You can also withdraw consent on reasonable notice or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the records. We will explain applicable exceptions, any permitted fee and any effect withdrawal may have on providing the services you requested.
Please describe your request and the contact details used in your enquiry. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain if an exception prevents us from fulfilling all or part of it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out or retention otherwise required or permitted by law.
