About these terms

These are website-use terms. They are not a freight-forwarding, carriage, storage or insurance contract.

Information and calculators

Our pages, guides and calculators help you prepare an enquiry. They provide general information and estimates, not shipment-specific legal, tax, customs or professional advice.

Calculator results depend on the details you enter. Carrier measurement, rounding, divisors, minimum charges and cargo acceptance rules may differ. Results do not establish a rate, guaranteed transit time, space availability or acceptance of goods. Confirm the requirements for your shipment with the responsible parties.

Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Submitting an enquiry, receiving an acknowledgement or discussing a service does not confirm a booking. Any service is subject to a separate agreed quotation and the applicable booking terms, including scope, price, payment, responsibilities and exclusions.

Provide accurate cargo, packaging, measurement, collection and delivery information, and tell us about relevant handling requirements or restrictions. Confirm acceptance and handover instructions before sending goods or delivering cargo to our premises.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading or unauthorised information, upload or transmit malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or misuse the enquiry facilities. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Content and external links

Rights in the website’s branding, text, layouts and artwork are held by Four Seasons Express or the relevant rights holders, where applicable. You may view the site and print or save guides and worksheets for your own shipment planning. Keep any copyright or attribution notices with saved copies. Except where permitted by law, other reproduction, resale or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms do not grant permission to use our name or logo as an endorsement.

Illustrations are visual explanations and do not establish ownership of depicted vessels, aircraft or facilities. External links are provided for convenience. We do not control external content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and the site may be interrupted or contain errors. Check important shipment information directly with us before acting on it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information or calculator estimates, or by website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other right, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibility for booked services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Privacy, changes and applicable law

Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these website terms by publishing a new version and effective date. Updates to website terms do not by themselves change an existing shipment agreement.

These website terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Please contact us first if you have a concern about the website. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
